Need businesses with fewer than 30 reviews? Download the data, then filter numeric Review Count to 0–29 in your spreadsheet. This is not a native Dashboard filter.

Reserve the maximum. Pay for the actual result.
Credits are reserved before work starts. Billable results consume the reservation; unused credits are released when work finishes or is cancelled, subject to their original expiry.
- 1 credit per business with an accepted email in a complete Cloud list; none for businesses without one
- 0.5 credit per delivered business in a Maps-only list, or per business with an accepted email when you enrich a list you already have
- Duplicate delivery and replay within the same operation do not add another charge

Local collection and importing an existing list cost zero credits. A Cloud list is charged per business with an accepted email, or per delivered business when it is Maps-only.

Example: a complete Cloud list that finds 40 businesses with an accepted email costs 40 credits; businesses without one cost nothing. A Maps-only list of 100 businesses costs 50 credits. Filtering the export does not refund delivered work. Unused reservations are released. Cloud export links expire after 24 hours; request a fresh artifact from available campaign data if needed.

What if a business appears in another new search?
Deduplication is campaign-scoped. A separate new hosted campaign is billed for its own unique delivered results. Replays or retries of the same operation do not create another charge.
How long can I download a cloud export?
Cloud export artifacts expire after 24 hours; this is not the expiry time of all lead data. Request a fresh export from available campaign data. Files you download remain on your device.
What happens if enrichment finds no email?
There is no enrichment charge for that lead. A hosted Maps discovery charge still applies to the business record already delivered.
Does Has email in the Dashboard change its export?
Yes. Exports from list details follow Has email, No email or All. REST and MCP support has_email selections. Review-count segmentation is done after download in a spreadsheet or in your own application.
Is everything free if no email is found?
No. Local Maps collection and importing have no credit charge, and Free accounts can spend welcome credits on Dashboard Cloud searches and enrichment. Maps-only Cloud leads cost 0.5 credit each even without an email. In a complete Cloud list, and when you enrich a list, businesses without an accepted email cost nothing.
How do I get Paid access?
See Pricing for paid plans. Each paid credit grant expires three calendar months after issue, including after a plan change or cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewal without resetting existing credit expiry.
