Email & Website Context

Find the email. Keep the evidence and context.

Find public business emails on websites. Keep the source page, supporting excerpt and business context alongside each result.

An accepted email is one found explicitly on a website and accepted by our checks. A complete Cloud list costs 1 credit per business with an accepted email; enriching a list you already have costs 0.5 credit per business, not per address.

The website explains the business.

Keep services and business focus connected to the source. Social profiles come from links published on the website, without crawling those social networks.

  • Context requires an accepted email
  • Insufficient source information stays insufficient
  • Social profiles retain the website page that linked them

Know what was found, and what was not.

Published email evidence and domain mail routing answer different questions. An MX result does not verify a particular inbox or guarantee delivery.

  • No guessed or pattern-generated addresses
  • No enrichment fee when no email is accepted
  • A public email does not establish marketing consent

New search or existing websites.

Use the same enrichment process from the starting point you already have.

Prepare your website list

Upload UTF-8 CSV or JSON with a required website_url for each row. Keep business names and supported metadata; the Dashboard can create row IDs when external_id is omitted. Up to 10 MiB and 100,000 rows per Dashboard file. XLSX is an export format: save it as CSV before importing. Import itself uses zero credits; enrichment uses available credits, including Free welcome credits.

Enrichment costs 0.5 credit per lead with an accepted email. MX is domain-level information, not mailbox verification. Public email visibility is not marketing consent. Raw HTML is not retained.

Can I enrich a list I already have?

Yes. Import CSV or JSON with business websites and request enrichment. Import itself has no discovery fee. You can also enrich a new Maps search or an explicitly synced extension list.

Will every business have an email and context?

No. A business may have no website, publish no accepted email or be unavailable. Context is only created when an email is accepted and can still be marked insufficient.

Do several email addresses cost several credits?

No. A lead with at least one accepted email is charged once (0.5 credit when you enrich a list you already have, 1 credit in total in a complete Cloud list), even when several addresses are found.

Which social profiles can be found?

Explicit business profile links published on visited websites: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads and Yelp. Share buttons are excluded. Availability depends on what the website publishes.

What do the source and MX details tell me?

The source page, supporting excerpt and capture information explain where the email was found. MX describes domain mail routing and can be valid, null MX, invalid or unknown. It does not verify an individual mailbox.
